Members will receive an email on 11/21 with info for early access to purchase individual tubing tickets prior to this date.

Tubing Rentals Information:
Tickets must be purchased in advance online.
Cost:
$17 per person for 50 minutes at your selected ticket time
Tubing time:
Rentals are for 50 minute time increments starting on each hour and ending 10 minutes before the next hour to clear the hill for the next group.
Days and Times for Tubing Rentals:
Fridays: 4p, 5p, 6p, 7p, 8p
Saturdays: 2p, 3p, 4p, 5p, 6p, 7p, 8p
Sundays: 2p, 3p, 4p, 5p, 6p, 7p, 8p
Only one rider per tube. No more than one person can ride in a tube at a time. All riders must be able to get in, out and ride the tube alone. See FAQs for additional details.
It is recommended that all riders be over 46” tall. Ultimately, it is the parent/guardian responsibility to determine if the child can safely snow tube alone.
Only one tube at a time can ride down a lane. Linked tubes only available to a parent and young child, limited availability, and subjective to staff as to conditions of environment on case-by-case basis.
Tubing tickets are per person and can not be transferred or shared
Waivers need to be completed at time of ticket purchase
Only ticket holders can be on and near the hill. Parents are not allowed on the hill or to assist kids on the hill. If Parents do want to be on the hill at the same time, they need to register for a ticket.
Cancellation Policy:
Purchase of tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. If you can’t attend, arrange to have others use your tickets.
Tubing is available rain or shine or snow. Only in the condition that the facility needs to cancel due to unsafe or other unforeseen issues, a refund will be given.

Rules and Waiver:
By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the following Rules and Waiver:
Ticketholder understands that they must not slide down the hill until the tube lane is clear.
Ticketholder understands that they should immediately exit the tube lane upon completion of the run, keeping a careful lookout for oncoming snow tubes.
Ticketholder agrees to heed all signs and follow the directions of the tube hill attendants.
Ticketholder accepts the rental equipment in AS IS condition.
Ticketholder will allow only 1 person per tube for the rental.
Ticketholder will allow only 1 person per tube to ride down the hill.
Ticketholder understand that only one tube can go down the lane at a time.
Ticketholder will quickly get out of the tube and exit the hill to avoid injury.
Ticketholder understands that this is a sport which may include high speeds, and accept that injury may happen.
The ticketholder, parent or legal guardian, understand and acknowledge that they are fully aware of and assume the risks (including but not limited to the risk of serious bodily injury up to and including death, property loss and/or damage) from their participation in recreational activities at an ice skating rink (the “Rink”) and at a tubing hill (the “Hill”) located at Charles L. Bowers Farm, 1219 Square Lake Road, Bloomfield Hills, MI 48304, and operated and maintained by Bloomfield Hills Schools, (“BHS”).
* Ticketholder recognizes their responsibility to participate only in those activities for which they have the required skills, qualifications, training and physical conditioning.
* Ticketholder understands that BHS shall have no responsibility to pay for medical treatment and related costs they are injured.
* Ticketholder further acknowledge and understand that they are accepting “AS IS” the snow tube and the condition of the Hill and Rink, and further acknowledge that NO REFUNDS will be provided to them with respect to any aspect of the snowtubing or ice skating equipment or facilities.
* Knowing the risks described above, ticketholder agrees, personally and on behalf of their family, heirs and personal representative(s), to assume all the risks and responsibilities surrounding their use of the Rink and the Hill. To the fullest extent allowed by law, ticketholder holds harmless and agree to indemnify BHS, its elected officials, officers, directors, faculty, staff, volunteers, employees and agents, from and against any present or future claim, cause of action, loss or liability for injury to person or property, which they may suffer or for which they may be liable to any other person, related to my use of the Rink or the Hill, resulting from any cause whatsoever, and regardless of fault.
* Ticketholder, or their parents/guardian if a minor, are at least eighteen years of age and have carefully read and freely signed this Liability Waiver and Release Form. They understand and agree that no oral or written representations can or will alter the contents of this document. They agree that this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Michigan (excluding its conflict of laws principles).
* Ticketholder, or their parents/guardian if a minor, have read the above Waiver and Release, and understand that by purchasing tickets and/or using the Winter Park facility, and/or by signing the waiver during purchase of tickets, have given up substantial rights on behalf of themselves or their minor child. Ticketholder, or their parents/guardian if a minor, verify that they are authorized to sign on behalf of all persons listed on this registration when purchasing tickets.
Media Waivers and Releases Consent by attending Winter Park
Crowd Release - Media Release:
By entering an event or program at Bowers School Farm and Winter Park, visitors are entering an area where photography, audio and video recording may occur. Your entry constitutes your consent to such photography, filming and/or recording and to any use, in any and all media in perpetuity, of your appearance, voice and name for any purpose in connection with Bowers School Farm and Winter Park. Visitors understand that all photography, filming and/or recording will be done in reliance on this consent given by you by entering this area.
By entering the event premises, you waive and release any claims you may have related to the use of recorded media of you at the event, including, without limitation, any right to inspect or approve the photo, video or audio recording of you, any claims for invasion of privacy, violation of the right of publicity, defamation, and copyright infringement or for any fees for use of such record media.
If you do not agree to the foregoing, please do not enter Winter Park.
