The Gazebo is outside near the barns. It is open air with a roof and includes picnic tables for your gathering.

The Chick-a-Bee includes the full classroom to host your guests. The Chick-a-Bee is entered from the Farm Store or from outside near the Open Barn area.

$300 for a two hour reservation

Capacity: 60 person max

The rates are for the rental space only.

There is an additional $10 per person fee for entry to the Open Barns.

You are allowed to set up in your space a 1/2 hour before your rental time. However, you must remove all items from your rental space at the end of your rental time (though you may go out on the farm and enjoy Open Barns before or after).

This is a nut-free facility

All food and drinks must be purchased through the Farm, except a celebration cake/dessert.

Ice Cream, donuts, coffee, tea, & juice boxes are available at an additional cost

The rate only includes use of the room. To go out on the farm and to the barns, there is an additional $10 fee per person (unless a member).

Food and drinks are also in addition and must be purchased through us.

Paper products for serving food and drinks are not included and must be supplied by YOU, along with serveware, utensils, etc.

An example of the full cost of the event for 30 people:

○ Rental room of Chick-a-Bee: $300

○ Open Barn for 30 people: $300

○ Food (optional pizza and drinks): $120

○ TOTAL FOR PARTY: $720

You can only bring a celebration cake or other similar dessert. Food must be purchased through the farm using our preferred vendor, Jet’s Pizza.

Drinks and other items can be purchased from the farm.

You may enter the space ONLY a half hour before your rental for setup. If decorations are used, only simple and quick set up should be used. No confetti, glitter or any other messy items.

You must have the room emptied and cleaned at the end of your rental time. You may not stay longer or keep any items in the room at the end of your 2-hour rental. However, you and your guests can stay for Open Barn while open.

Full payment for tie rental room is due immediately to register your event and to hold a date/time.

All payments are non-refundable. The additional payments for Open

Barn tickets and food/drink order and payment is due at least one week prior to your event.

The farm and Open Barn is open rain or shine. Come dressed for any weather. The barns will provide some shelter to see the animals.

There are no refunds or changes due to weather if we remain open. Only in the rare instance that we have unsafe conditions will it close, which is the discretion of the farm only.

Everyone attending the party must have an Open Barn ticket. This will give them

the option to go watch other participants or take a wagon ride.

All fees are non-refundable. The party may be transferred to another date ONLY if available, within the same Open Barn season, and if written notice is received more than 30 days in advance of your scheduled party.
