If you are passionate about kids and curiously passionate about agriculture or the natural world, we invite you to share your joy here. Each day, you will engage in hardwork, play, and creative problem solving, providing children with deeply impactful experiences.

Your full attention, presence, and listening ear can be the needed ingredients to create a life lasting and pivotal moment to a young, developing human. Working through the daily challenges that arise models resilience to campers and teaches you your own power. 

Working Camp is far beyond committing to a seasonal “summer job”. You are committing to professional and personal growth - and the two cannot be separated. Knowing this, you must be willing to be self aware as well as give and receive feedback. You will be part of a dynamic team that must optimally perform each day, for the sake of our young and bright-eyed customers :) Our goal for you is to end the summer feeling accomplished and more confident than ever to pursue your dreams and ambitions to the farthest edges. 

Important Information:

• You must be available from June 10 – August 16, 2024

• You must be at least 18 years old (Lead Steward minimum age is 16)

• People of marginalized communities are highly encouraged to apply

• You do not need to ‘check all the boxes’ on the position description to apply

  • You must have previous experience working with children (in a professional or volunteer capacity)

• You must pass a background check
