TURKEY FOR THE HOLIDAY - PROCESSED AND PASTURE RAISED

The holidays are just around the corner, and we are excited to open up our annual presale for our pasture raised turkeys!

We believe you deserve to know exactly what goes into raising your holiday centerpiece. Your turkey's final cost is a combination of the care it receives and the final weight. Each turkey is expected to be about 16 lbs.

The birds are Orlopp Broad Breasted Bronze turkeys: named for it’s bonze-like sheen, this turkey is what most think of when they think of Thanksgiving. High quality meat with a large breast.

Here is a breakdown of the total price, so you can see where your food dollars go:

• Farm Care Fee: $100.00

  • This covers all the costs of raising your turkey, including supplemental feed, pasture maintenance, labor, veterinary care, and shelter.

• Processing Fee: $15.00

  • This covers the professional USDA inspected processing of your turkey.

• Weight-Based Fee to support the Farm's mission: $1/lb

  • Based on an expected 16 lb bird, this portion is approximately $16

Total Estimated Price: $131 for a pasture raised turkey that feeds up to 16 people.

(Your final price may vary slightly based on the actual weight of the turkey you receive.)

RESERVE IN ADVANCE by paying the deposit (includes farm care fee and processing fee) = $115.

NOTE:  You will be required to pay the additional per pound fee at pickup. 

PICK UP IS ONLY ON MONDAY, NOVEMBER 24 AT 3-6pm.
